Fun with Grandpa

Grandpa, Auntie Kate & Todd were in Milwaukee while we were home. Carter had a blast swimming and monkeying around with Grandpa. Carter is always Grandpa's little mini me when they are together.

Before we knew it we were back on the plane. I was a little nervous about flying with the both of them for the first time but they did great.

4th of July weekend

We went to John & Tami's cottage for a long weekend over the 4th. Carter had a blast playing with Zack & Aaron and even got to go tubing for the first time. Mommy had to ride with him and we went slow. He had a grin on his face the whole time and waved to everyone that went by. By the time we made it around the lake he fell asleep.

My cuties in their fourth of July outfits :) Carter stayed up that night to watch the fireworks. He loved them and clapped & cheered after each one.

Farwell Reunion

The day after Audrey turned 3 months she decided it was time to start rolling over! She rolled from her back to belly for the first time that morning. This picture is of her still in the process. She is able to get all the way over and is now also rolling belly to back. It's really early for her to be doing this but I shouldn't be surprised with how active she was in my belly.

Later that day we met up with Hillary, Mel (Tim came along too) & Amy and all their kiddos. We met at the Mom and Pops Place where the kids could play with all these great toys while the moms could sit and eat & chat. Here all the kids are crammed into the play house. So cute! They even had a baby scale there and Audrey weighed in at 11 lbs. 6 oz.

Afterward we went to Amy's house where we were able to get this group shot (thanks to Tim). Left-right: Me w/the kiddos, Amy & Drew, Mel w/Amelia & Maelle, Hillary w/Claire & Gabe. The kids had a blast playing together and the moms enjoyed finally catching up. Carter and Audrey slept the entire ride back to Grandma Debbie's.

Grandma Edna is 80!

After Angela's shower we had my Grandma's 80th birthday party at my mom's house.

So I'm finally starting to get some pictures posted from our trip to WI. Here are a couple from Angela's bridal shower. We had it at the Sheboygan County Airport restaurant and it turned out real nice. The group picture

I had these individual cakes made to put at each place setting. I ordered them through e-mail so wasn't sure how they were going to turn out but they were cute. They were delicious too (chocolate cake with raspberry filling-Yumm!)

Baptism

I meant to get these pictures up before we left for WI but with all the craziness leading up to the trip it didn't happen. Better late than never. We had Audrey baptized on June 14th. She wore the same gown that I did when I was baptized. The embroidered blanket in the pictures was a gift from the church.
