 I was able to get a couple of pictures of Audrey and her friends while we waited for the recital to start.

Here's Audrey and Lily.  They are the same age but in different classes.  Last year they were in the recital together because they combined the classes for the recital.  This year the classes were too big to combine.

 The highlight of taking ballet is the recital.  The entire year Audrey asks how long until she's on stage :)

I love her tap costume! 

 I signed up to be a chaperone for her class.  I printed out different ballerina pictures for them to color to try and keep them occupied for a while. 

 Audrey wanted a picture with her picture.  She said she colored it for me.

 We tried to get a group picture before they went back stage.  We didn't have enough time to organize them.

 The coloring only lasted so long.  Audrey thought her ballet costume was perfect for twirling.

Recital pictures

 Audrey had her recital pictures taken at the studio the day before rehearsal.  Her friend Kate had them at the same time.  It didn't work out for us to do them last year so this was the first time at this studio.  I'm not sure I'll do it again next year.  It was a little too unorganized for me.

I didn't  scan them in yet so here's a picture of the picture.  I was also disappointed with the quality.  Audrey was goofing around while we were waiting and got her knees dirty.  There wasn't time to wash them and it didn't brush off.  The photographer didn't even photo shop that out!  And her back drop was terrible.  Who uses a wrinkly sheet for a ballet backdrop!? (Which also could have been photo shopped)
