Gymnastics

 Audrey took gymnastics over the summer.  Naturally, she loved it!

 We got to enjoy the pool at the club a little bit more than last summer.  Evelyn loves the water and has no fear.

 Carter and Audrey like to spend most of the time in the big pool but still have fun in the baby pool too.

 Carter did pre-team and Audrey had private lessons 2 days a week

 Audrey jumped off the diving board but in order to do it her teacher had to be in the water ready to catch her.

Carter loves to jump and cannon ball off the diving board.  He also likes to rub it in to Audrey that he doesn't need a teacher in the water and can swim to the side by himself.  I don't know where he gets his competitive nature from :)

 The weather this summer has been much more enjoyable than last summer.  We finally got all the garage boxes unpacked and found the kids outdoor toys.  They love this rocket launcher thing.

 The theater room equipment got installed.  Obviously, we still have to paint the speakers :)  The kids pulled their chairs into the room and made themselves comfortable before the installers even left.  It's fun having family movie nights in there.

Carter loves catching bugs.  This one has pinchers so he didn't pick it up but he got up close and chatted with it.  Audrey was scared of it and wanted to crush it.  Carter reassured the bug he wouldn't let that happen.

 Audrey loves her bitty baby that she named Baby Audrey :)  Great Grandma Aprahamian got them matching swimming suits, skirts and sun hats.

 Mini Miss really enjoyed her mac and cheese from Panera.  It was everywhere!  This picture makes me laugh every time :)

She also loves that the microwave is at her height.  She loves to press the buttons and turn the knob.  She comes crawling over whenever she hears it going.

More visitors

 The end of June my dear friend Christin came down to visit with her 2 year old Nixon.  It was so nice to have some long over due time with her!  It was a hot and sunny weekend so we spent Saturday at the club.  Here's Christin trying to hold Evelyn

 Nixon is obsessed with Thomas just like Carter was at this age.  So cute!  I got out a couple of our Thomas books and Carter read them to Nixon.

I wasn't good about taking pictures that weekend and unfortunately these are the only ones I got :(  I'll have to make sure to do a better job next time. 

10 months

 The end of June our Mini Miss turned 10 months old (yep now I'm 2 months behind on this blog)  Here are a few attempted pics of our very active baby.

That day a storm took the neighbors tree down on our fence.  Luckily it only damaged one of the panels!

Farwell Reunion 2013

 Mid-June we had our 2013 Farwell Reunion (my college besties) in the Dells.  We got there a little early so the kids and I bummed at the outlets until check-in.  We killed all our time in the Disney store and Carter & Audrey thought they would get to leave with these guys.  Guess again!

 The last time we met up in the Dells we only stayed 1 night and it wasn't enough.  This time we stayed 2.  Our first night we ordered in pizza for dinner and had a pizza party on the floor.  We had family suites so we had space to all be together.

 Gabe, Drew and Carter always have a blast together.  I can't even tell you how many times they went down these slides together.  The second night they ended up all in 1 bed together.  I wish I would have gotten a picture of it.

 2 of the moms stayed outside with the kiddos and the other 2 went up to the rooms to bring down food for lunch.  We enjoyed a nice picnic lunch.

 The second night we took the kids out to Buffalo Phil's for dinner.  We managed to get there early enough to get 2 train tables.  They bring all the drinks and food out on a train.  The kids of course loved it!

 Their attention only lasts so long.  Evelyn is just sitting there watching the chaos unfold.

Amy made us these awesome canvases!  I love that our friendship has stood the test of time and distance.  I already look forward to the next reunion.
