Pump It Up

The moms & tots group with the medical alliance went to Pump It Up last week. It was the first time we had been there. This warehouse is full of inflatable moonbounces, slides, etc. Carter was apprehensive at first but eventually got the courage to try it out. He ended up having a blast and didn't want to leave. Audrey even enjoyed bouncing on the mats.
Carter flashing me a smile at the entrance of one of the obstacle courses.
Made it to the top
The slide was at the end of it and that was his favorite part. I can't even count how many times he went down it. We'll definetely have to go back sometime.

Touchdown!

Chuck already has Audrey trained. When Audrey sees that football is on TV she throws her arms up in touchdown. She's so proud of herself that she claps and cheers after doing it.

WE ARE!!

PENN STATE!!
Audrey in her Penn State cheerleader outfit.
Group shot of us all dressed in our Penn State gear for the bowl game. Yes, even I had on a PSU sweatshirt. Chuck decided it has been long enough that I didn't have anything Penn State so he bought me the sweatshirt. I'm actually surprised it took him this long. :)
I had to include this picture of Carter and Grandpa goofing around after the game. They look so funny sticking their potato head tongues out at me.

Grandma & Grandpa visit

The day after Christmas Grandma & Grandpa came to visit and more presents were opened. Carter was most excited to open the box containing the Wii. He is now obsessed with bowling and isn't half bad. He beat Chuck a couple of times :)
Another one of Carter's favorites is the Cars tent from Auntie Kate. Thanks Auntie Kate for the awesome tent! It also came with a matching backpack, sleeping bag, compass and flashlight. It's so cool that even Grandpa had to get in it.
The tent was Carter's bed for the week so Grandma and Grandpa could have his room. He loved it! A couple of times I found him sitting up reading books with his flashlight.
Chuck and Grandpa cut down the dead tree that was in our front yard so Chuck decided to buy a fire pit. We wasted no time and had a fire that night.
Of course we had to roast marshmallows and make smores. That's the part Carter enjoyed. I'm not really sure how many marshmallows he ended up eating that night. When he was done it was straight into the tub with him. He was quite a sticky mess.

Christmas day

Carter was so excited to see that Santa came when he woke up that he couldn't wait for Audrey to wake up to open presents. It's a good thing she's too little to care or notice. She woke up after Carter opened a couple and joined in the fun. She had more fun playing with the paper and ribbons than actually opening the presents.
Carter and Audrey checking out their new ride. Thanks Tita Angela and Uncle Brett for the awesome radio flyer wagon! Carter wanted to take it to the zoo and didn't believe us when we told him the zoo was closed. We'll get it out one of these days.
Our adorable children all dressed up for Christmas dinner. :)
Carter didn't want to take any more pictures so I took a few more of just Audrey in her Christmas dress. So cute!
