More pirate fun

After their pirate makeovers we had some time before having to head to dinner.  The kids were able to complete a Detective  Agency interactive game.  It involved enchanted art throughout the ship.  It was fun trying to solve the mystery.
After they completed their detective work we ran into Captain Hook and Mr. Smee.
Immediately followed by Chip 'n Dale
He was intrigued by Carter's earring
 And acting shy with Evelyn
 Fun times!
 My cute pirates at dinner
My dear friend Mel is our Disney planner extraordinaire.  It was fun to cruise with her but I wish we would've been able to spend more time together.
The only picture of the 2 of us from the trip
 Argh!
We found Stitch sitting in the theater and Evelyn didn't hesitate to tap him on the shoulder to say hi.
 Carter's favorite character!
Evelyn had to say hi to Daisy
There was a pirate show on deck
 Followed by fireworks!
After the fireworks there was a dance party.  The kids danced longer than I thought they would.  The midnight dessert buffet opened early so we made a stop there before heading to bed.
Returned to the room to find a towel birthday cake for Audrey.

More Disney Cruise

After breakfast the girls decided to go to the princess meet and greet.  Carter decided to go to the kid's club.
 Belle, again
 Rapunzel
 Evelyn's favorite, Minnie Mouse!

After the meet and greet we went to the pool.  We checked in with Carter and he decided to stay in the kid's club.  The girls loved this slide!
The highlight was the Aquaduck.  Evelyn and Chuck are under the sign waving.
The top  pic is Evelyn and Chuck. The bottom pic is Audrey and Grandpa.  Evelyn let me ride with her once.
After the pool and a late lunch it was time for the kids to get turned into pirates.
After all the makeup they got a sash, cursed medallion, bandanna, eye patch and earring.
The girls also got their nails painted.  They got to choose the color and keep the bottle.
The girls thought it was funny they called the glitter mermaid snot
This was right up Audrey's alley.  Even pirates can be divas.  She was thrilled she got to keep the lipgloss.
They each were given a pirate name and had to say the pirate pledge.
 Argh!
Another one with Carter dressed.

Disney Cruise

As soon as we returned home from our Disney World trip in the fall we booked our next Disney vacation.  We decided to try out a Disney Cruise.  Here's our family picture right before boarding the Disney Dream.
After our grand entrance (they announce your family as you board while others cheer and clap) the girls immediately spotted Princess Tiana.  We took the time to snap a picture before heading to lunch.
The kids always like the added touches of Mickey including the Mickey decorated chocolate on their sundae.
After lunch we explored the kids zone.  It was so impressive!  From Star Wars...
 animation studios, games & activities..
 Andy's room
 and so much more!
The kids were able to come and go as they please.
Non stop Disney movies were played on the big screen on deck
 Posing with Crownie from school
The kids decorated our door with the magnets I made.
After the safety drill it was time for the sail away party
Our first dinner was at the Animator's Palate
Grandma, Grandpa & Sydney came along.  Sydney wasn't wanting to cooperate for pictures.
After dinner the girls said hi to Princess Belle.  The boys went to watch Rogue One.  There were 2 movie theaters on board.
The girls went to watch the Golden Mickey show.
We found a good spot to get a picture with the gorgeous chandelier but not everyone wanted to cooperate.
 Hello Captain Mickey!
It was a fun filled first day.  Off to bed where we will have arrived at our first stop.  We had a great hostess that did a great job turning our room down for the night.
