The first week in June we went down to Destin, FL. It's our happy place where we are able to completely unwind and enjoy a relaxing week on the beach. It's a week of much needed quality family time.
Evelyn loves to sit at the shoreline and let the waves splash her.
Carter's always on the hunt for shells, crabs, fish, etc.
Audrey enjoys the beach more and more every year. She's not as much as a diva as she used to be ;)

We have our favorite local restaurants where we get the best fresh seafood for dinner. This restaurant is on the harbor. The picture is courtesy of Carter or Audrey.
Carter and Audrey got crab legs and devoured them. It was a lot of work for mom and dad to help them get all the meat out. If they could do a better job themselves we would let them order it more often.
Of course we have to stop for frozen custard after dinner.
We had to have Audrey pose in front of this sign. It says, If you are grouchy, irritable or just plain mean, there will be a $10.00 charge for putting up with you.
